Entertainment law engagements Bangkok

Our Engagements

Three structured engagements for the creative industries

Each engagement is designed around a clear deliverable, a defined scope, and a stated fee — whether you need a single set of production contracts or ongoing legal support for a substantial operation.

Our Methodology

How we approach each engagement

Every engagement begins with a brief — a clear description of what the client is building or negotiating, who the parties are, and what the timeline looks like. From that brief, we define the scope of work, confirm the fee, and begin. We do not start without a clear shared understanding of what the engagement covers.

Documents are drafted in English and, where the nature of the parties calls for it, in parallel Thai. A second practitioner reviews each document before it is delivered. For multi-party work, we attend negotiation sessions and produce a written closing memorandum at the end of the engagement.

1

Initial consultation

We discuss the project, the parties, and the scope of legal work required — in person or by video call.

2

Engagement letter

We confirm the scope, fee, and delivery timeline in writing before any work begins.

3

Drafting and review

Documents are prepared and reviewed by a second practitioner before delivery to the client.

4

Delivery and follow-up

Final documents delivered; follow-up queries within scope addressed without additional charge.

Shared Standards

Protocols that apply to every engagement

Strict confidentiality

Client matters are treated as confidential. We do not reference client names, production titles, or deal terms in any external communication without prior written consent.

Two-practitioner review

Every document is reviewed by a second member of the firm before delivery. This step reduces drafting errors and ensures internal consistency across all documents in an engagement.

Thai Bar compliance

All practising members hold current Lawyers Council of Thailand registration and comply with the professional conduct rules that govern legal practice in Thailand.

PDPA data handling

Client data is handled under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, with appropriate security measures and access controls in place for all matter files.

One-day response

Written enquiries receive a substantive response within one working day. Where a query requires research, we acknowledge receipt and advise when to expect a full response.

No mid-engagement surprises

Fees and scope are agreed at the outset. Any change to scope is discussed and agreed in writing before additional work proceeds. There are no hidden charges or undisclosed disbursements.
